A huge thank you to all the waterfront owners that gave so generously of their gifts on Christmas day. The Santa boat collected in excess of 400 toys and some cash ($105) which was delivered to Southern Community Welfare (www.scw.org.au).

SCW are a local (Shire based) not for profit counselling and welfare organisation that support many of the most needy and under privileged in our community. In partnership with a number of other charitable organisations SCW will ensure the gifts donated will be distributed to children in need within our community, including those suffering as a consequence of the recent hurricanes in Kurnell.

Special thanks also to Rosa and Paul Jones and family, Tony & Helen, and Garry Lynton who gave up their time on Christmas day to make this all possible.
